The EWR cell phone waiting lot is on Brewster Road, across from the P4 Daily Parking garage, on airport grounds. It is free. Wait there until your traveler has their bags and is at the curb, then drive over. The arrivals roadways are about a 5 to 10 minute drive, depending on traffic.

- It is for active pickups only, not long waits or overnight parking.
- Drivers must stay with the car.
- Commercial vehicles such as taxis and rideshares cannot use it.
- Confirm your traveler's terminal before you leave the lot. Each terminal has its own arrivals roadway.
Where do Uber and Lyft pick up at Newark?
Rideshare pickups are in designated zones, and the airport moves them from time to time. At Terminal C, Uber and Lyft pickups moved off the curb to Floor 3 of the Terminal C Garage in June 2026. At Terminals A and B, follow the rideshare signs from baggage claim, and check the app for the current spot.
How does a car service pickup work at EWR?
